  • Prepaid orders are eligible for free delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for other shipping methods or special delivery requests.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damaged item, if possible, as they may be required for insurance claims or quality control purposes. Additionally, we kindly request that you provide a video unboxing proof showing the external condition of the package upon arrival. This will help us determine if the damage occurred during transit or was present prior to shipping, as we keep a video record of the packaging process for quality assurance purposes.
